I am not a German citizen.I have not aquired any degree or doctorate in Germany.I did not have any research stays in Germany after my doctorate.I have no previous application to the Alexander von Humbold Foundation funding programs.I have not recieved any previous funding from one of the Alexander von Humbold Foundation scholarship programs.
